Healthy Marin Partnership's purpose is to complete a State required community needs assessment
every three years and to use the results of that Report to effect community change, redefine
social and cultural values and create an environment that enables anyone, at any age, to make
healthier choices.
The focus of this site is to provide a community resource for all Marin residents along the age continuum (children 0-5 to older adults), along with their caregivers and service providers, to easily access a wide variety of important information about services and resources available to them.
Founded in 1998 with the passage of Proposition 10, the California Children
and Families First Act, First 5 Marin Children and Families Commission is a
leader in assuring that all children 0-5 years of age in Marin County thrive
in supportive, nurturing and loving families, are healthy and enter school
ready to learn.
